The project involved an investment of $27 million, including $9.5 million in GET FiT commitments, and was developed by the consortium of Power Africa Partner Access Power and EREN RE/ TSK Electronica. The project was financed by a mix of debt and equity with the senior debt facility being provided by FMO (the Netherlands Development Bank) and the Emerging Africa Infrastructure Fund (EAIF).
